Jack looked at Rudy and slowly explained, “Chaos City has fifty-three third-grade worlds and twenty second-grade worlds. It’s true chaos inside. There were two level three cities. One is Cloud City and the other is Chaos City. Most warriors actually go to Cloud City. It’s much safer there, and there’s no non-stop killing.”
Hearing that, Rudy understood something else.
He widened his eyes slightly as he asked nervously, “So you’re saying that it’ll be very dangerous inside and that many people will die.”
Jack nodded, patting Rudy on the shoulder as he slowly explained the rules of Chaos City.
