Sophia struggled to say those words. Upon saying those words, her heart began to bleed. She had never fallen in love with a man since her divorce. How many men had Elise introduced to her? She didn’t even bother herself with a single one of them. Time had made her realize that she had gone through alot in the past. She had believed that she would live a lonely life until her death!
After all, there were too many things in the family for her to deal with! She had long shut her heart from anyone and any romance! Only Chuck was able to break down her walls and capture her heart, especially after they had made out in the car that day. Sophia’s love for Chuck was as if he was her first love! Seemingly attached yet surreal!
”Yes.” Chuck agreed. He knew that Sophia must have suffered a lot. Since Elise had witnessed the previous event, she would not be able to accept it! Ending their relationship was perhaps the best way to deal with the current situation. It would also allow Sophia to calm down a little. That was the only way for her and Elise to get along with each other.

”I’m not afraid.” Sophia was not afraid at all. If it wasn’t for Chuck, Loomis would have killed her a long time ago. If Chuck wanted the support of Sophia’s family, she would let Chuck have it. What’s more, she was cooperating with Chuck. The money had been transferred to Chuck every month.
”I’m afraid…” Chuck was afraid that Sophia would be killed by Sabina. Therefore, Chuck was very careful when he came over. Sabina should have no idea about his relationship with Sophia!
Sophia was deeply moved and asked, ”What do you want?”

”Take good care of yourself. If I can…” Chuck wanted to say that if he could survive, he would come to Sophia again. He would visit her for a good chat.

”Sophia, there’s no need for that. I’m going back. You should have a chat with Elise.” Chuck did not dare to stay there for too long. He was worried that Sabina would go crazy and go after Sophia.
”Chuck, I will never forget what happened that day. I’ll remember it for the rest of my life.” Sophia burst into tears. She couldn’t help it!
”Neither will I!” With that, Chuck turned to leave.
Sophia sighed. She felt like she had lost her soul. Perhaps it was better that way. After all, it was impossible for her and Chuck to have a relationship. Why should she bother Chuck?
”Mom…” Elise had overheard their conversation. It was extremely complicated! Sophia had said those words were for her own sake.

”Elise, you… Alas, I do too…” Sophia sighed. She hoped Chuck would be fine!
