”What did you say?” Chuck’s voice was devoid of a single trace of emotion.
Sabina was stunned. Did Xandra say that she was Chuck’s Aunt? What? So Xandra was Chuck’s father’s sister?
”Listen to me, don’t choke me and listen to me. Your father is Chadrick. He is my brother and I am his sister, so I am your aunt! Let go!” Xandra shrieked. It was because Chuck’s big hand was choking her in an iron-grip. He could break her neck at any second.
Chuck seemed to be in a daze. ”What are you talking about?”
Sabina was even more shocked although she already knew that Chuck’s father was Chadrick. However, he had always been a mysterious person to her. ”Eventually, Grandpa decided to use another way to manipulate her,” Xandra admitted in fear.
”And that is when my dad came along, right?” Chuck spat bitterly. Each word that left his mouth chipped away at his heart. How heartbroken would his mother be if she found out about that?
